Thousands of women and girls experience violence in their homes, workplaces and streets across the county every year. National policing issues have drastically undermined women’s trust in our Police force, as set out in the findings of the Angiolini Inquiry.![]()

For road safety, Sarah would adopt the Safe System approach. Known as Vision Zero, this would prioritise the elimination of deaths and serious injuries on our roads. By working with Norfolk County Council as local highway authority, National Highways, and other organisations working in the transport sector, I will look for ways of making walking and cycling safer, reducing the numbers of fatal or serious injury crashes on our rural roads, and ensure there is good and continuous support for families bereaved because of road deaths.![]()
